EMPROVE is a web-based platform operated by EMPROVE Project Partner Organizations.

The EMPROVE platform services are offered to you conditioned on your acceptance without modification of the terms, conditions, and notices contained herein.


EMPROVE reserves the right to change the terms, conditions, and notices under which the EMPROVE services are offered, including but not limited to the charges associated with the use of the EMPROVE platform.


The EMPROVE platform may contain links to other Web Sites and third party materials. The Linked Sites are not under the control of EMPROVE and EMPROVE is not responsible for the contents of any Linked Site, including without limitation any link contained in a Linked Site, or any changes or updates to a Linked Site. EMPROVE users have the ability to share content with other users as part of the educational and training process, and the inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by EMPROVE of the site or any association with its content providers.


As a condition of your use of the EMPROVE platform, you warrant to EMPROVE that you will not use the EMPROVE for any purpose that is against the law of your country of origin, as well as EU regulation or prohibited by these terms, conditions, and notices. You may not use the EMPROVE in any manner which could damage, disable or overburden the EMPROVE platform or interfere with any other party's use and enjoyment of the EMPROVE.


In order to use EMPROVE Services, the Customer must create a valid EMPROVE account, which can be done by registering on the website by filling in the registration form and providing all the required information, including a valid e-mail address ("Registration Data "). The customer can then choose an account name for their web space that is not already in use by another user. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of account login information (username / password), and are fully responsible for all activities performed in EMPROVE platform.

The user agrees to: (a) provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself as prompted by the registration form to the Services, and (b) maintain and promptly update the Registration Data to keep the information true, accurate, current and complete, (c) immediately inform EMPROVE of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security, and (d) exit from your account at the end of each work session.

EMPROVE undertakes no obligation to verify the data provided by the Customer. However, if EMPROVE finds any inappropriate use or even just suspects that EMPROVE may suspend or terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future use of the Services (or any part of them).

EMPROVE can not and will not be liable for any damage arising from your failure to comply with this section


EMPROVE reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate your access to the EMPROVE Web Site and the related services or any portion thereof at any time, without notice. To the maximum extent permitted by law, this agreement is governed by the laws of Bulgaria. The competent arbitral court shall be the Arbitral Court at the Bulgarian Industrial Chamber.

Unless otherwise specified herein, this agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the user and EMPROVE with respect to the EMPROVE platform and it supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether electronic, oral or written, between the user and EMPROVE with respect to the EMPROVE platform.
